Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our Williams Sonoma Personalized Bottles, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been engraved or customized unless they arrive damaged or defective. We strive for perfection in every bottle and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your bespoke order.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Upon receiving your personalized bottle, please inspect the packaging and the product immediately for any transit damage or engraving errors.

  • 2.
    Contact Customer Care

    If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for the return.

  • 4.
    Replacement or Refund

    Once we receive the original item, we will prioritize a replacement bottle with the correct personalization or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
